What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support as directed by educators
• Help students manage daily routines, transitions, and classroom tasks
• Implement behavioral support plans and follow IEP accommodations as required
• Support with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Mandatory Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test (per school district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to obtain or provide current background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus, but not required
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative attitude
