Key Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized or group assistance under teacher guidance
• Support students in daily routines, academic participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and educational plans
• Supervise and provide mobility or personal care support as needed
• Foster a safe, welcoming classroom atmosphere for all students

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age
• Recent TB test (per school district policies)
• Ability to stand, walk, and physically assist students as needed
• Willingness to obtain required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, childcare, special education, or behavioral health
• Familiarity with supporting diverse learners, including those with special needs or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus
• Strong reliability, patience, and teamwork skills
