Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Opportunities

In these roles, youll:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions between activities
• Follow IEPs and implement behavior support plans as directed
• Help with supervision, mobility, and personal care when required
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for all students

To be eligible, candidates must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete a TB test as required by the district
• Possess the ability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting if necessary
• Have current school clearances or be prepared to obtain them before starting

Preferred qualifications include:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Experience helping students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (not required, but a plus)
• A patient, reliable, and cooperative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
