School Paraprofessional Substitute Per Diem, Flexible Opportunities

Instructional Aide substitutes are needed to provide 1:1 and small-group support to students throughout school campuses on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities:

• Support the academic, behavioral, and social development of students within classroom environments
• Deliver individualized or small-group assistance as requested by teachers and staff
• Aid students with transitions, daily tasks, and classroom engagement
• Implement behavior support strategies and adhere to IEPs where applicable
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care when needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful educational atmosphere

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18
• Recent TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical support as required
• Must have or be willing to obtain current clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
