What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow student IEPs as directed
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support as needed
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to meet school compliance requirements (including TB test)
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting when necessary
• Clearances must be up to date or obtained prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in education, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
