Your Impact Includes:

• Providing academic and behavioral support under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assisting students with classroom engagement, routines, and daily activities
• Delivering supervision and personal care for students with mobility or healthcare needs (PCA roles)
• Implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
• Maintaining a supportive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
• Helping with physical tasks such as walking, standing, or lifting when necessary

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to meet Pennsylvania school employment requirements
• Current or willingness to obtain PA Act 34 Criminal Background Check, Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting, and required TB test
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional presence
• Capacity to assist students with a range of needs, including personal care and supervision

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, or child care settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs and behavioral challenges
• Additional training such as CPI, PMT, RBT is a plus but not required
