Key Responsibilities:

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions to ensure smooth learning experiences
• Implement behavior support plans and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed
• Provide supervision, mobility support, and personal care when needed
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• TB test and required clearances (must be current or willing to obtain before starting)
• Commitment to meeting all school compliance protocols

Preferred Experience:

• Classroom, special education, behavioral health, or child care background
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
