What Youll Do:

• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs to meet student needs
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care when required
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment at all times

Requirements for Consideration:

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Ability to meet all district compliance standards, including a current or obtainable TB test and necessary clearances prior to starting
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting students if needed

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is valued but not essential
• Demonstrated reliability, compassion, and teamwork
