Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Lakeville, Minnesota

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classrooms
• Assist with 1:1 or small group instruction as directed by teachers or staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Follow behavior support plans and IEP goals where applicable
• Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to meet school health screening requirements (such as TB test)
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting when needed
• Willingness to obtain necessary school clearances prior to start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus (not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative mindset
