Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students in classroom settings, under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Assist with medical needs, daily transitions, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for diverse learners
• Maintain student safety and engagement during lessons and activities
• Model patience and effective communication while supporting behavioral and social needs

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years of age
• Passing TB test (per district standards)
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting to assist students
• Current background clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Additional training in CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care is a plus
• Dependable, collaborative mentality with a passion for student support
