Seeking dedicated Instructional Aides to provide 1:1 and small-group support for students within public schools. These per diem positions offer flexibility and the opportunity to assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in structured school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups under teacher and staff guidance
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Current TB test or willingness to complete per school district requirements
• Clearance/background checks current or obtainable prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is beneficial but not required
• Patient, reliable, and a collaborative team player
