• Provide 1:1 or small-group academic and behavioral support as directed by teachers and staff
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to complete mandatory TB testing and any additional school-required clearances prior to starting
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Experience in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification beneficial but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work approach
