This is a per diem position, giving you the freedom to pick up shifts that fit your schedule.

  What Youll Do

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in the classroom
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and instruction
• Support students with behavioral needs, routines, and transitions
• Help reinforce learning goals outlined in student education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and assist with basic data tracking as needed
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to work in a classroom environment (standing, walking, light lifting as needed)
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Willingness to obtain required school clearances

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in a school setting
• Background in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with IEPs or classroom support strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, dependable, and adaptable attitude
