Key Responsibilities:

• Support instructional activities under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist with classroom management and support students social and emotional needs
• Help implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) as directed
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization
• Facilitate small group or one-on-one student support during lessons
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in educational or similar settings is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learner needs
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled assignments
