Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally within classroom environments
• Provide dedicated 1:1 or small group support as directed by teachers and staff

• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care needs for students

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per district standards)
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current required clearances, or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
