Essential requirements for school compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Completion of a TB test as required by the district
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred experience includes:

• Prior work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods (a bonus, not required)
