School Paraprofessional Subs Needed Per Diem, Flexible Opportunities

What Youll Be Doing:

• Assist students in classroom activities and daily routines, fostering participation and engagement
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support as directed by teachers or school teams
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Support mobility, personal care, and supervision to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain a respectful and positive classroom atmosphere for all students

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active ParaPro certification OR Substitute Teaching certification OR 36 college credits
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a TB test (per district guidelines)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• Willingness to complete or update background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Work experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Prior experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and committed to teamwork
