What Youll Do:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students in classroom settings
• Offer individualized or small-group support as directed by school staff
• Help with daily routines, class transitions, and encourage positive participation
• Follow individualized education and behavior plans as required
• Support students with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Champion a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for all learners

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• TB test completion per district standards
• Current background clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Work in school, child care, behavioral health, or special education environments
• Familiarity with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification experience welcomed (not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and effective at collaborating within a team
