Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within the classroom
• Offer individualized or small-group assistance as directed by educational staff
• Assist with classroom transitions, daily routines, and student participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Help maintain an inclusive and respectful learning atmosphere

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to obtain or provide a current TB test (as required)
• Capable of standing, walking, & assisting with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to complete all school-based clearance requirements before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Prior work supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented personality
