• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in classroom settings

• Offer support with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students

To qualify for these roles, youll need:

• A high school diploma or GED and to be at least 18 years old
• The ability to meet district requirements for a TB test
• The physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as necessary
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred experience includes:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a bonus, but not required
• Patience, strong reliability, and a collaborative, team-focused attitude
