In this position, you will:

• Offer 1:1 or small-group academic and behavioral support under the direction of teachers and school staff.
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as appropriate.
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as directed.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom climate.

Qualifications for the role include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Current TB test in compliance with district standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary.
• Clearance requirements must be met prior to starting (current or willing to obtain).

Preferred candidates bring:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings.
• Skills supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT familiarity (not required, but valued).
