In this role, youll:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within the classroom environment
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and other school personnel
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Assist with implementation of behavior support plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, andwhen necessarypersonal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Recent TB test compliant with district regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance as needed
• All school-required clearances current or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Classroom, special education, behavioral health, or child care experience
• Background in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not necessary
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
