Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students both individually and in classroom groups
• Follow teachers and school staff directions to facilitate daily routines, transitions, and student engagement
• Assist with implementation of behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current or willingness to obtain TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to actively stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Willing to obtain necessary clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
