What youll bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum age: 18 years
• TB test (per school requirements)
• Current clearance, or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare (preferred)
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges (desired)
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plusbut not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
