Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based, Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

Make a daily difference in the lives of students by working as an Instructional Aide in a dynamic school setting on a per diem basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students during classroom activities
• Help students with academic tasks, social engagement, and classroom participation
• Assist teachers and staff by implementing instructional plans and IEPs as directed
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, mobility, and personal care
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Help implement behavior support strategies and monitor student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with school policies at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test as required by the district
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background working with special needs, autism, or behavioral/communication challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, RBT protocols is a plus
• Demonstrates reliability, patience, and a commitment to teamwork

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $31.00. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
