Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Completion of TB test (per district requirements).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting.
• Ability to meet or obtain all necessary school clearances prior to employment.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare setting.
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges.
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT interventions (a plus, not required).
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative, student-centered approach.
