Per Diem Special Education Paraprofessional in Hinkley, CA

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to meet school compliance, including TB test and background clearances (current or willing to obtain)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, childcare, special education, or behavioral health environments
• Experience working with neurodiverse students or those with behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (a plus, not mandatory)
