Key Responsibilities:
- Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within the classroom

- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when necessary
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Current TB test or willingness to complete prior to start
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Compliance with school clearance procedures and willingness to obtain any necessary clearances
Preferred Experience:
- Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are beneficial but not required
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset
