Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic and behavioral support to students in the classroom
• Assist teachers and staff with student routines, transitions, and daily participation
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and follow IEP directives as needed
• Provide mobility, supervision, or personal care assistance, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere
• Maintain a respectful, supportive classroom environment for all learners

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of a TB test (as required)
• Capability to stand, walk, and safely assist with lifting tasks as needed
• Current or willingness to obtain all necessary school employment clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a school, special education, childcare, or behavioral health environment
• Background working with students with special needs, including autism or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience beneficial, but not required
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach are highly valued
