What Youll Do

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support in classroom settings
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social development
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and participation
• Follow IEPs and behavior support plans
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Basic Requirements (School Compliance)

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to complete required clearances before starting

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
