What Youll Do:

• Assist students with classroom participation and routines under the guidance of teachers
• Provide individualized or small group attention to reinforce learning and encourage positive behaviors
• Implement behavior support and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all students
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test (per district standards)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete required school clearances prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral support settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
