What You'll Do:

• Foster student engagement and participation in classroom activities
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group instructional support under teacher guidance

• Provide supervision, mobility andwhen necessarypersonal care for students
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for every learner

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance if needed
• Recent TB test (per district requirements)
• Current school clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Background in schools, behavioral health, special education, or child care
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training such as CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, but not required)
• Strong sense of reliability, teamwork, and patience
