Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Helendale, California

Instructional Aides are needed to provide vital support to students in a school-based setting located in Helendale, CA. Responsibilities

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• TB test completed in accordance with school district requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Required clearances must be current or obtained before starting Preferred Experience
• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges
• Training such as CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), PMT, or RBT certification is advantageous but not mandatory
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and team-oriented approach
