What You'll Do:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms
• Assist students individually or in small groups per guidance from teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when necessary
• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

To Qualify, Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Current TB test (per district requirements)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and provide assistance with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (a plus, but not required)
• Dedication to reliability, patience, and teamwork
