Instructional Aide Subs Needed | School-Based | Flexible Opportunities

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting individual students or small groups with academic, behavioral, and social guidance in the classroom
• Implementing behavior support plans and following IEPs as directed
• Assisting students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Aiding teachers and school staff in creating inclusive, respectful learning environments
• Providing supervision, mobility support, and personal care as needed to ensure student well-being
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test as required by the district
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting or mobility support as needed
• Up-to-date background clearances, or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in schools, special education settings, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (a plus, but not required)
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
