Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide direct 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by educators and staff

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to pass a TB test per school requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Background working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
