In this role, you will:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students within classroom environments
• Deliver individualized or small-group assistance as requested by teachers and school support staff
• Assist students with classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and adhere to IEP plans when necessary
• Support students mobility, provide supervision, and assist with personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational atmosphere

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years old
• Meet TB testing requirements (as set by the district)
• Be capable of standing, walking, or assisting with lifting as required
• Possess current required clearances, or be willing to obtain them before starting

Ideal candidates will have experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings. Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is highly valued. CPI, PMT, or RBT skills are a bonus, but not mandatory.
