Per Diem Instructional Aide - Groveland, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Offer individualized assistance under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and encourage positive participation
• Implement behavioral support plans and follow IEPs as assigned
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care where needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Recent TB test, per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and support physical tasks as needed
• Active clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to employment

Preferred Experiences:

• Prior work in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (a plus, but not required)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and teamwork skills
