What youll do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance to students, following the direction of classroom teachers and staff
• Support academic, behavioral, and social goals for students in a classroom setting
• Assist with daily transitions, routines, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior plans and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed for student success
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

What youll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test (per district requirements) and up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain before starting
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings preferred
• Background in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience beneficial but not required
• Patience, reliability, and a supportive, team-focused attitude
