What Youll Do:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when necessary
• Support personal care, mobility, and supervision needs for students
• Foster a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive school atmosphere

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current TB test (in accordance with district regulations)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain required clearances (or have current clearances on file)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Previous work with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus (but not necessary)
• Reliable, collaborative, and patient attitude
