What Youll Do:

• Provide individualized or small group academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Follow the guidance of teachers and school staff to assist students as needed
• Help with daily routines, transitions, and participation in classroom activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow students' IEPs when applicable
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to meet district requirements, including TB test
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date school clearances (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, child care, behavioral health, or special education
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and committed to collaborative teamwork
