You will:

• Encourage academic, behavioral, and social growth by supporting students in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Help students with transitions, daily routines, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and follow IEPs as directed
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a classroom environment that is respectful, safe, and inclusive

To qualify:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (as required by schools)
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance when needed
• Completion of required background clearances (current or willing to obtain)

Preferred experience:

• Working in K-12 schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting individuals with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols (not required)
• Reliability, patience, and ability to work well in a team-based setting
