Position Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students within classroom environments
• Implement teacher-directed activities and behavior plans, following IEPs as needed
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Support students with personal care, mobility, and supervision as directed
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners
• Follow health and safety and district protocols at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18
• Completion of TB test (per school requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain before starting work)

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
