Make an immediate impact by providing essential support to students as an Instructional Aide substitute. What Youll Do:

• Work closely with students 1:1 or in small groups, delivering academic, behavioral, and social support as guided by teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all learners
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and, as needed, personal care
• Contribute to an environment that encourages growth and positivity for every student

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and move throughout the school day, and assist with lifting as needed
• TB test per district regulations
• Current or attainable school-mandated clearances
• A commitment to supporting children in educational settings

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in special education, behavioral health, schools, or child care
• Past experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT backgrounds are a plus
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
