Your Responsibilities:

• Offer direct support to students in classroom settingsboth 1:1 and with small groups
• Follow teacher and staff direction to promote engagement and classroom success
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and full participation in learning activities
• Implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEP goals when required
• Supervise, support mobility, and help with personal care needs in a respectful manner
• Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain based on school policy
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Willingness to obtain any needed background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is desirable but not essential
• Reliability, patience, and collaborative spirit

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
