Spindle is seeking compassionate School Paraprofessionals to provide vital 1:1 support for students in educational settings. This role is perfect for dedicated professionals eager to make a positive difference while working flexible, per diem assignments that accommodate your schedule and lifestyle. Shifts are offered based on school coverage needs, allowing you to choose when you work.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized assistance to students as directed by teachers and school staff
• Supporting students' medical needs, daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Assisting with mobility, supervision, and personal care where necessary
• Creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (in accordance with district requirements)
• Ability to actively stand, walk, and assist with lifting students as needed
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required clearances per school compliance guidelines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity with supporting children with special needs, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges
• CPR certification, G-Tube, or Trach experience is advantageous but not required
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative demeanor
