Spindle is seeking dedicated individuals eager to make an impact as School Paraprofessionals in a structured educational environment supporting students on a 1:1 basis. This per diem, as-needed role is perfect for caring professionals who value flexibility while playing a crucial role in students daily experiences.

What Youll Do:

• Provide individualized 1:1 support to students as directed by teachers and school staff
• Assist with classroom participation, daily routines, transitions, and mobility
• Support students behavioral, social, and medical needsincluding personal care and supervision
• Help maintain an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning atmosphere
• Work closely with staff to address student-specific needs and program goals

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Completion of district-required TB test
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete all required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, behavioral health, special education, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or comfort with CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care is a plus (not mandatory)
• Reliable, patient, team-focused, and eager to learn
