Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide essential support to students in a school-based environment. These flexible, per diem opportunities are perfect for individuals with a compassionate spirit who are eager to make a meaningful difference in students academic and daily experiences. Shifts are available on an as-needed basis, allowing you to accept assignments that fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or with small groups under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Follow and implement individualized behavior support plans and IEPs when required
• Assist with supervision, mobility support, and personal care as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain per school requirements)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to secure all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Comfort supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification experience is a plus
• Reliable, patient, adaptable, and a strong team player
