What Youll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group instructional assistance under teacher guidance
• Support students in daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Assist with implementation of behavior support plans and follow individual education programs (IEPs) when needed
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Supervise students, help with mobility, and provide personal care as directed
• Communicate effectively with school staff to best support each students needs

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to pass required TB testing (per district guidelines)

• Physical ability to assist with standing, walking, and lifting in the classroom

• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting
  Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings

• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges

• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (not required but valued)

• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
