What Youll Do:

• Offer 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support to students, as directed by classroom staff
• Encourage student participation in daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Help implement behavior plans and provide support according to IEPs
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as necessary
• Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure student safety and actively foster positive engagement

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test in accordance with school requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Comfort working with students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not required
• Demonstrates reliability, patience, and collaboration
